Jacqueline A. Moss

I began my legal career with Washington, D.C. law firm, Covington and Burling. In my next position in 1994, I was hired as a labor and employment attorney. In this position, I represented employees of Washington Metro Airport Authority and the District of Columbia jail system. In 1998, I moved to South Carolina and established a private practice. In 2007, I was recruited as a trial attorney for the Seventh Circuit Solicitor's Office. In June 2015, I re-established my private practice.

In 2017, I graduated from Claflin University with a major in History, minor in English. In 2020, I graduated from  the University of South Carolina School of Law. At the University of South Carolina I was a research Editor for the SC Journal of International Law and Business. Additionally, I clerked for the SC Attorney General's Office ICAC Division. I am admitted to practice in South Carolina. I am excited to join the Moss Law Firm as an Associate Attorney.
